4-5 Transects

4-5’ers reviewed their understanding of salt marshes with Kai and other 4-5 teachers before returning to classrooms for some further brainstorming. Of note, they discussed how a pacifier, strainer, and sponge can be important metaphors for important functions of the marsh.
